Running UpdateTitle.EXE?
-
Yep.
-
Guess ill just have to re install windows. Goddamnit.
-
I have one of the same, so I just leave it on 1.0.0.4 (5)
-
But you need 1.0.7.0 for IV:MP
-
That's why I can't play IV:MP also.. forgot to mention.

From what I have found out about your problem, there are a few solutions.
1. Reinstall Windows, a fresh install.
2. Fix any possible registry bugs, for that I recomend CCleaner, Click Here (http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner) to download
And this last option I am not so sure about, ive checked it for any possible threats and it seems clean.
3. Try using this program Here! (http://computer-problem-repair.com/windows-error/index.php?keyword=0x80070667&source=CSB)

CCleaner is shit.
RegistryFix > CCleaner ;).
And na, I can't format now unfortunately.
-
Yeah i just re formated Windows. Works now..
