Hello Blacko,

Check your /area if it says your inside of a building /exit will solve it. If not ask an administrator to teleport you. In either case once fixed type /spawnreset otherwise each time you die it will happen.

Sometimes mods cause the bug, that roads are not loading.
Make sure you have latest DirectX and latest graphics card drivers.
