I want to setup the company "L.C.C" which is a taxi firm in Lc.
But what does LCC actually stand for?.

I guess "Liberty City Cabs"

I want to make sure before I press forward with this company.

I guess they added a second C just to make it look like its real life counterpart (N.Y.C.).

I tried to search for you, but I couldn't find anything that was directly important to your idea.
'Liberty City Taxi and Chauffeur Commission' has some sort of tag printed on the back part of the car.
That's the information I got, but I believe it's not related to this.
