best bet is GameCam.
free Fraps has a 30 seconds limit for each video.
(btw, LOTRO is a good game :) )

Thank you , I tried Gamecam and Fraps. I'm trying to upload a video on Youtube. But it takes forever
About 84 min. remaining...
Format:AVI
Dimensions:1600 x 900 px
Video codec:FRAPS
Audio codec:PCM
Why is it so long?
Video is about 30 seconds long..

.avi is one of the most inefficient video formats :) not intended for sharing
but
Fraps free dosent offer any record format other than .avi
as for the video you already recorded. you can convert it with
http://www.nchsoftware.com/prism/index.html (http://www.nchsoftware.com/prism/index.html)
i use it myself a lot
drag and drop the video into the white space, and change the Output format to .mpg
and upload that file instead.
depending on your CPU, and what programs youre running, it shouldnt take too long. (best to not run any cpu-intensive programs during)

I did the steps , but the file is still .avi .. Did it move the .mpg file to somewhere else?

i record videos in fraps, the file size that comes out is always massive, if you want an easy way go here: http://explore.live.com/windows-live-essentials?os=other (http://explore.live.com/windows-live-essentials?os=other)
and download and install windows live movie maker it has an auto recode and upload to youtube function built in for you, i use it for all my videos, it works great
the reason your 30 second videos take forever is because of their size and the codex used, the quality will be brilliant but it will take forever, your best bet is to just recode the file using windows movie maker and upload it automatically or manually depending on which way you prefer

You should try here : http://www.zdsoft.com/ (http://www.zdsoft.com/)
Free version has 29 day trial with no time limit, Quality isnt as good as Fraps though.
