Title: Is this laptop good for gaming? (Aspire 5750G-2634G64)

Hello there. I'm planning to buy this laptop but I kept wondering if it is worth it. I'm not really /pro with computers, so don't be so rude :(
Will it be able to run Grand Theft Auto IV on low, medium or high settings? I hope it supports gaming.

Here are the specifications.
Intel Core i7 Processor
640GB Hard disk
4GB DDR3 RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M with NVIDIA Optimus Technology ( 1GB of dedicated DDR3 VRAM )
6-Cell Li-lon Battery

Ze gonna buy a l33t laptop.

That means yeah GTA IV will work good in Medium Graphics with around 40-50 FPS

Any options on buying an actual tower or you need the laptop for mobility?
