Welcome to the unofficial beer-looter-guy thread. the beer-looter-guy AKA "Lootie" was started when a photo of a man carrying a tub of looted beer got into the press, and was put on the internet as "The Beer-Looter-Guy". This internet craze started when artists started photoshopping the image.
