Hey :)
I've heard about this software that is designed to help optimize a more smoother gaming for the new games but I don't really now if this is worth trying, is anyone familiar with this?. Any improovements if you are using it for GTA IV?
Edit: I've kinda were too curious about this that I decided to try this out and surprisingly enough I could see some difference in my gameplay so for those who are running not so smooth then try this out for sure! :)

i wanna know more about this.. what does it boost.. fps? what does it demand? etc.etc.
-
From what I understood it shuts down all unnecessary proccesses that are running in the background and saves a lot more RAM as possible. And ofc, it does way more than that I just don't know more since I just installed it now :). Check out out on google, its worth some time looking at.

Gamebooster basically shuts down unnecessary services with the click of a button, plus also has some registry settings and Power plans, and something some general settings...
-
I use it to play lagless, makes me go from 15 fps to 35 fps ;)
-
I just tried this, my system is top notch and it still made my textures load faster
-
I have been using game booster for a long time now.
-
I used to run Game Booster, I have to reinstall it again sometime soon, I know it gave me a boost of upto 30FPS at times. Its really worth using if you are having any slow game/lag issues.
-
It is an excellent application.
Recommended to all those unsatisfied with their current FPS.
-
Oh, so you all are experienced users of it :). Since people has shared thier honest opinion and I understand from you guys that the software is working I have posted a link on the topic if any wants to download it.

No problem Void, if you want me to write a how to I can do that but I doubt its needed as this software is quite easy to install and use.

Hey Sidspyker! :)
I know what he meant but I meant also writing a little how to with text so that HE could add it in the FAQ ;)..

Have been using it for half a year now, works like a charm. Gave me about 10extra FPS and its FPS is more stable. I recommend it for everyone

Thanks to Sidspyker from recommending me to download GameBooster. It is an awsome program which helps you to tweak the game performance. I suggest every IV:MP player to get it. It's great!

Sorry for awaking the topic.

It "boosts" your game by closing any low priority and unneeded process and programs. Doesnt matter what game you run, it "boosts" it the same way. You dont have to choose nothing. Just make sure the GameBooster is on gaming mode.

Never found it particularly helpful.
Always seemed to slow games down on my netbook imo.
-
Same hey, never really noticed a difference with it running and not running.
Although I do have no extra background tasks open at any point besides my Anti-Virus program.
