i activate the mod and my game like that

things like that usually happen when you have overlapping graphic settings. like, AA enabled ingame and with ENB, or having a nvidia controlpanel/amd control center forcing a setting ontop of ENBs'
something you could try is to set every graphic option to its lowest (except screen res) and move them up with ENB enabled so you can see how far you can go
try messing around with the presets closest to your card
http://enbdev.com/presets_gtasa0075.zip (http://enbdev.com/presets_gtasa0075.zip)
copy over enbsettings.ini with one of those and rename it to enbsettings (or copy and paste the text :) )

yea i already did and used presets but not for the same card i have for the lower 1 anyway thnx for everyone tried to help .

Aimzz, I downloaded that ENB setup program you mentioned, used Auto-Config and this occurs.

Ah nice, I managed to get ENB running perfectly and still able to use the config program Aimzz said.
