Hello.
It's just a simple question.
How can i make some letters/images with out the background?
Ex: (http://i671.photobucket.com/albums/vv74/IcyAero/HEADERGlow.png)
:ps: FastShoot copyrights image.

Unfortunately you can't claim copyright on that since I created it and you're actually still linking it from my Photobucket -account...
Anyways, if you're trying to remove a background from a merged layer (for instance a PNG which then appears with white/black background in PS), one way is to use Select -> Color Range and then remove the background manually. If you have the background and the text (like the image you gave) seperately, just remove the background layer via the Layers -palette. (if locked, double click to unlock).

Now i didn't get it :|
Can you say me the steps one by one?
It's the unique thing i can't do it on CS4.

Here are few techniques already; http://graphicssoft.about.com/od/photoshop/l/blremovebackg.htm (http://graphicssoft.about.com/od/photoshop/l/blremovebackg.htm)

Delete the background layer and save it as png.
-
basically as long as its a .png image and the background is gone (it has that checker pattern with the white and grey squares) and you save it, it will have no background online, try using the eraser, magic wand, or trace tool to remove the background.
