I wish to come to a cease-fire agreement between Gvardia and Manchiny as a leader of Gvardia in order to:
1. Remove annoyances (such as DMing from either side)
2. Pick out who are the most behaving members
Vincent, I have indeed noticed a lot of Manchiny members messing with Gvardia members purely without reason, and they tend to sit on top of the building in front of Gvardia Corp. HQ and snipe us. As a result, Gvardia members are sometimes chasing after Manchiny members later on. A cease fire will end this promptly, and we shall have no more problems. Denial of this cease fire may result in more misbehaving Manchiny members raiding Gvardia Corp. HQ getting banned, as they should for breaking a simple rule.

Manchiny, I suggest you stop DMing Berluccini's and Gvardia's members, since you're passing the line. I give you two days to change your attitudes and if you don't, be prepared to face some BIG problems

Please, not only is it annoying but it will get you banned.
Last night there were 20 of us and 6 of you, somehow you still managed to win the shootout.
Either you are all clones, or you have very good medics.
Each of us killed like 2-3 people each, and you were only 6 in total...
In the future we will request admin supervision at our shootouts.
Returning after death and revengekilling will not give your Mafia a good reputation.
