Title: Autodesk 3DS Max 32Bit

Well, today I found a program called Autodesk 3ds Max 32bit that helps you make peds for GTA San Andreas.
And the problem is, when I open up the setup.exe, it shows me an error saying

'Error could not open 3ds Max installation path registry key.Error code: 2
Press any key to continue .  .  . '

I would be really thankful if someone could help me out with this problem, as I really need Autodesk.
If you need information about the error just ask, please.

Is it 2009?
