I just bought the game, and downloaded MP in MP I don't see any roads or buildings.

Hello tsghmike,
Probabbly, the graphics driver is not installed. You should update all drivers and try again.
:)

do you have any mods?
do you have a computer powerfull enough to run it?

Ah, yes I should be able to play if I can play crisis, but here are my specs.
The Intel inside is the Core i3 (Model: 330UM). This is different from the prevalent 330M. This processor is a dual-core CPU running at 1.2GHz. It supports 4 processing threads and has 3MB of Intel Smart Cache. It was built using a 32nm process and uses 18W. By comparison the i3-330M runs at 2.1GHz but uses 35W. The system comes with 4GB of DDR3 memory and can support up to 8GB.
The display is a 14? LED-backlit LCD high-definition widescreen display with 1366 x 768 resolution. The screen is driven by an NVIDIA GeForce 310M graphics with Optimus Technology and 1GB video memory. That dedicated memory means fewer slow downs during graphically intensive tasks.
For storage the system comes with a 500GB Serial ATA (SATA) hard drive that runs at 5400RPM.
Ps I am not lagging at all playing. You just can't see anything except objects.

First of all you should install the game as normal, after that the GTA IV patch 1.0.7.0 and after that the IVMP client who lets you run multiplayer.
-
Every works on the regular game with a tiny bit of lagging, its the MP that is giving me a hard time.
-
Wow, hold on, 1.2GHz on a Dual Core? I don't know if you can handle IV then man. For any multi-core or single-core CPU, that is surprisingly slow. You sure you typed it correctly?
