Title: /c sharecar [id] and /c shareplace [id]

and to make a /c shareplace command to share your prop with somebody.

/c sharecar : y use it man, when everyone can use ur car, and game's name is Grand Theft Auto, Ur car is mine car.
But in v2.0 maybe, there is a slight possibility of adding car alarms. Anyone atempting to pick the unattended car, alarm may go off.
But if u are car shareholder ( /c sharecar id), then alarm may not go off. Then maybe, we will find /c sharecar use.

Now tell me hows it related to DM server...

/c shareplace: can be implemented, but will completely ruin Hotel Business which will be one of prominent in v2.0

They will collect money for their prop (earning money in two or more is alot more easier) and then buy a prop and share it so they both spawn at it. It would be pretty awesome. Same with cars.
