Please can you make cars that are not used for at-least 20 minutes respawn automatically?
Cars will only auto re-spawn if:
* No1 has been near the vehicle for at-least 20 minutes
* No1 has touched the vehicle for at-least 30 minutes
* The car has run out of fuel and abandoned for 5 minutes
* The car has been damaged and abandoned for 5 minutes
IF you could improve on the ideas, go ahead...
The car situation gets very annoying and ruins fun!

It seems like a good idea, but there is no way of tracking if someone has been "near" the car, basically if someone drives past it would say someone was near it.
Look at it this way, when you are role-playing you drive up to the area, get out the car and leave it until you are done,
now the car vanishes that will be annoying.
An auto-respawner is simply not a meaningful or viable option,
Because if people drive to a location and role-play or mess around for a while their car will respawn if they haven't used it.

But they would know that there is 30 minutes until respawn, so will just get in it around 20 mins.
It could display a message within so so metres that says "Car ID (MERIT) will respawn within 5 minutes if not used" ??

It's a cool idea,
I would add that if you own a car you could "lock it from getting respawned" so you dont have to worry about any sudden respawns. except from that, great idea :)
