Title: Installer Problem

I Have Problem installing Earthquake Warning Software which i need them ASAP,and it shows error.
Error i got from Event Viewer:
Source:MsiInstaller  Event ID:11708
and
Source:MsiInstaller  Event ID:11324
and it shows me some weird messages i cant even read:
: The Last 10-Second -- ? 1324  &? "
 '?

I Searched around but no luck,i dont find answers. Anybody help please?

Can you please tell us the name of the software your trying to install, and also your Operating system

Thanks for trying to help me,but i stumbled upon solution..
I Had to use Other User-account and use Safe mode to Install them,still i got them so its okay

Are you sure that it is compatible with your OS, (x64) (x32)?
