(Sorry for not using the sue form but it f**king sucks so I'll just do it the classic way)
As a lawyer of my dear client [EAF]Avenger who owns one of the most classy musical stores in Havana, I hereby would like to sue [KM]Pumba.
This haitian thug, on 6-7 April have came into the shop [EAF]Avenger and [EAF]SpiralRock are controlling, and demolished it, destroying a very expensive guitar and front window. Spiral had no chance as he wasn't armed in order not to scare the clients, and the bodyguard wasn't there. It was probably a pay back from Pumba, as long time before some drunk dude standing near the shop shot him, cause he didn't like the look on his face. The dude was in exchange shot by cops to death (as they were on the place) and [KM]Pumba managed to run off the place with few bullet holes in his leg.
Anyways on 6-7 April he came into the store, he was asked nicely to leave as he acted like a punk before, not paying the right price for an audio CD. He left that time, but not today. Instead, this haitian punk have demolished the whole store while Spiral was defense less, an expensive guitar that was on a stand has been destroyed, and the front window as well.
The witness of that is SpiralRock who was on the place, he managed to make Pumba get out but later, after the store was already demolished by his rusty machete. Avenger, the shop owner believes in that, as Spiral is his close friend and the whole thing was filmed on a small camera we have planted days before.
As I'm speaking for Avenger as his lawyer, we demand Pumba or anyone to pay us back 6,500 american dollars ($). If the police nor Pumba won't react and we won't get our money, consequences will never be the same!

About us selling blue films? Wtf, u called /c 911 (no reason), and then u were crippled to hospital firing at your own cops. No blue film thing came into custody.
Also, i dont think selling Pornographic films in illegal in VC, if we got hooker job under legal business.

Yes, everything said by lawyer Marcell, is correct. I was there taking care of shop for Avenger. I was given this job, because I am his friend and my own shop is located on side of Musical instruments shop (Laundromat). I was standing at Musical instruments shop door, when a nut haitian ( pumba ) came, shot some bullets on the windows, breaking the glass and nearby instruments. I know there are gang war in these areas, but this nut shot on cuban business just for fun. Then some cops came, shot him down and he was taken to hospital, with some shots in his leg. I saw it bleeding.
This is all I see.

Dear Judge, I would hereby like to say Mr. Pumba can't even understand the court rules. The most important rule is 'No lying in your testimony'. Pumba broke that rule, saying he was on a undercover agent mission. That is a plain lie, as according to my contacts he is not associated with governament in any way.
Now, I have 3 witnesses saying my statement about Pumba demolishing Avenger's store is true, and 5 other people who say Pumba would be crazy enough to do something like this. Who will you trust, dear Judge? A haitian thug lying in his own testimony, or a well-known lawyer and few of his witnesses?
Dear Judge, please do not cancel this case just because of lack of the psychical evidence. Prove that there is still some justice in Vice City!
If the case won't be dispatched, criminal gang wars might grow in the city. By rejecting this case and not reacting with justice, you would increase the crime growing in our beautiful city, Vice!

For defendant Pumba: I'm aware that what you said about being an undercover agent is a lie, because i know all the government agencies and you're not in one of them, so stop lying or you'll have a serious problem.
If you have witnesses like you said before, get them here or this will be considered a lie and won't be taken easily.

In real life showing pictures of demolished shop would be enough, Judges don't expect you to have shitload of pictures taken when a haitian punk was demolishing your store...you wouldn't make sweet pictures of a thug having you at gun point, would you?
