For emergency personal can we have ELM (Emergency Light Mod)? Its not like a bad mod or anything. Most of the people that are EMP (emergency personal) have/use it.

The Emergency Light Mod is allowed on the server, but only for visual effect and not to "increase roleplay" such as with police using unmarked vehicles.
