Title: Auto-kick/ban for miniguns and excessive HP

Since the trolls and hackers seem to have a way of getting on the server when there are no admins online, there should be an auto-kick or tempban for killing a player with a minigun when the player dies. Also, when the player spawns, there should be a check to see if the user's HP or armour is over 100 and tempban them for that too.

Of course, this won't detect hackers who are a little more clever and decide to set their HP hacks to something like 100 or 95. That being said, something like Kitsune's (very old) idea of deducting HP and checking to see if it changes (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/forum/index.php?topic=9527.0) could probably also be implemented.

Health check would ban all the extacy junkies, lol

About the minigun thingy...I don't see much miniguners on Argonath anyway (since from all the hacks/trainers most of times when you spawn minigun the game just crashes) but it's still a good iea.

For miniguns/any weapons not available on the server, technically it could cause problems if an Admin arms someone with it - say for an event.

As for the HP checks, we can directly check HP/armour and remove or deduct if necessary - but automatic checks may not always work as planned. :p

A problem with auto-banning for the minigun kills is that someone could come in here with kill hacks (if there are any for VC, someone probably made one) and get "killed" by all players on server, thus effectively ban-nuking them.

Such thing does not exist for VCMP.
The only problem I see is some ppl would be dumb enough to take he minigun from hacker's body and pwn some cops and get auto banned.

Such is already a problem in SAMP, glad to see it is not much so here... :roll:
