Decrease blur effect.
I am not familiar with these settings, but from the pic, it seems that too much blurring is used.

I downloaded GTA San Andreas beta v0.075c test 2  now.

That's how my game looks when I turn it on :

The ENBSeries 0075C doesn't work with SA:MP, but for the love of Sauron there's only one person in this community that were able to get it working and we couldn't.

Go back to 0075b, and change the following lines:

[EFFECT]
EnableBloom=1
EnableOcclusion=0
EnableReflection=1
EnableMotionBlur=0
EnableWater=0
EnableShadow=1
DepthBias=0
EnableDepthOfField=0

If you mean 0075c test 2, then I'm unique! Yay.

 You could try my settings I guess, but since I'm using 0075c test 2 it migh not work for you.
