Welcome to the IT Loan Shark Business (and donut shop)

Formerly a dodgy Dispensary and Donut Shop, the Downtown Dispensary has been converted for other uses. Introducing the Downtown Loan Shark Business and donut shop. Here, we provide affordable loans and affordable donuts under one roof! Need to buy a house? Investing in business assets? No problem! However, we do expect loans to be paid back in a timely fashion, or more... aggressive means will be used to collect your debt.

Interest Rates
All loans are under 5% compound interest per day, plus a $2,000 fee per day the loan is not paid back after the due date. Due date is to be negotiated between the loan shark and loanee.

Location
Conveniently located near Ammunation, the Downtown Pizzeria, and Love Fist Stadium.
