Title: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library - Runtime Error!

I cannot run windows live messenger because every-time, I try to run the program I get this error! Check the picture below -->

I uninstalled windows live messenger, all programs and scripts related to the program and I re-started the PC few times but nothing helped me...
