Title: Get back old police system

I've talked to few peoples today and they liked more old police system.

So getting back to old suspect system will have this changes

 /su (code) [id] should be replaced with /su [id] [reason] because its better, I dont think there is code for everything.

On police radio, we should put old message when somebody gets suspected (Player1 was suspected by ARPD Officer Player2 for reason) instead of 4 lines of messages. Same when somebody gets unsuspect to avoid 2 Long lines....

And make FBI able to communicate with ARPD again, /r is now only for FBI RADIO, i suggest to make FBI able to use ARPD RADIO again..for sake of connection betwen those, only way to make communication between FBI and LCPD is through emergency radio...
So what i mean, make FBI has its own radio again (/rf) and to communicate with ARPD make them able to use /r again...and listen to it.

I too, liked the old police system. I think the radio codes should go back to the old one. But i really like what vechical they are in and if they are on foot.

the old /su system back, it was better. And yes, FBI should have access to /r too communicate with ARPD / LCPD / NOOSE. Only make things more worse when FBI can't see our radio and vice versa.

As head of ARPD I can confirm that we will have BOTH systems, we can use codes for those we know and use, and also free text for other crimes.

And yes we are aware of bugs in the radio system.

As for FBI viewing ARPD radio, its fine from my side because sometimes LCPD needs assist from FBI but LCPD should not be able to see FBI radio.

I think I need a meeting with the IV:MP scripters and see what otherthings need to be changed to match the Argonath style and vision.
This new police system is SCRAPPED.
