Ah damn, doubt I'll buy the game now unless its a really good single player, you don't find many of them nowadays in this generation.

Think of the game like GTA except your now playing as a cop who goes around solving crimes and getting into high speed chases and gun-fights.
I don't know is free-roam is available. (I'd assume it is)

Free-roam is available. But people buying this should not expect a GTA game, it's going to be completely different.
