Title: Branch for Liberty City Bank near Dukes

As everyone knows, the main branch for the LCB is too far away. I've found a branch for the bank near Dukes PD with an ATM.

So, through this ATM we can withdraw/deposit, nothing else. Opening bank account and other bank commands should stay only for the main branch.

All the ATM's will be working in the very near future.

I support this idea. Its quite thoughtful for the fuel consumption and the citizens budget.  ;)
