Title: Never more than one day old restore points!

I am trying to do a system restore, but it only shows a day old restoring points.

Any possible way to get more restoring points?

If ''Show more restore points'' doesn't help , I think you can't choose any older.

You could try using Google.

try going to Control Panel

>System
>Advanced system settings
>System Protection

then click 'Configure...', and move the 'Max Usage' slider to a higher percent. :) should allow you to keep older restore points

I use a program called CCleaner, its free and helpful, and has a backup from restore function built into it, maybe u could find older restore points from that

ccleaners' system restore just ports the windows built in one. ^.^ they both use the same resource
