yea man, that really blow's, look, just take it to your bestbuy or computer shop and tell them to clean it out, it may cost alot. BUT!

if you have your Windows XP CD then all you have to do is Defrag the drive

Defragmentation doesnt solve any virus problems., it just makes ur files and folders compact to provide any available disk-space. I think u meant Reformat. :)

yeah, reformatting ur whole drive solves the problem. U.ll start from scratch after reformatting.

Or if u're in and wanna try online help, this is the site u should go to : http://forums.majorgeeks.com/ That site is ACE, just register, go to Malware Section, do the necessary scans, post the logs and wait for them to reply. They r too good, trust me.

If u cant be arsed, then u can try the other alternatives.

Just close the virus ...

Im dutch so... I cant really explain it good...

ctrl-alt-delete .. You get a screen.. Maybe the good one, if you have to choose.. choose the 2nd of down..
And then you look under the second tab .. and you look if you see a name looking like a virus.. And use google

LOLs !!!  Its not so easy when u're badly infected.
The best way to scan for virus is to do it in Safeboot Mode, and with ur internet cable unplugged.

If your MTA is infected, your computer might have a case of a virus that infects all of you exe files. It happened to me once.

If you know the virus'es name, look for tools on how to remove it.

And now I part my serious wisdom apon you all.

Whenever your pc fucks up when you have AVG, its bollucked, restart  your pc and hit f10 rapidly untill it loads system recovery, then pick yes, and ok till its done

Reinstall your crap, then make sure you have either AVG or Avast!

I have 1 virus. AVG basically says: "Hey, I found a virus...what do i do? AH I better leave it alone, I dont want to infect myself"

If u just reinstall windows and remove all other partitions it will completely remove the virus (and everything else) so back up your files first
