Title: GTA:SA Stream Memory Fix 2.0

Objects in my game (such as roads, plants, buildings, etc.) wouldn't load as they would normally, so I installed GTA: SA Stream memory fix 2.0. However, it gives me this error:

I have downgraded it to version 1.0. I don't know what's wrong with it...

Hello.

Judging by the message it displays it only works with US versions of the exe

Is there another way to fix the object loading time?
