I know this guy, saw him in-game the other day. Still quite new. I'm guessing he's changed name and wants his cash transfered. About the form, it looks familiar to one on some DM server, most probably the one censored on his post.

The nickname [DV_t]n!eP!eR would be invalid and would get you kicked from the server.

Just make the new nick and transfer all the stuff, or ask someone else who's trustworthy to help you.
