True, but some mods are bugged: Once i had LAPD siren mod, and it made helicopter sound as bugged.

E: Which bank i have to use for this mod? :S

Its changes almost whole sounds ingame
you need to drop folder into GTA Directory..

It's not that simple... You have to use some kind of audio tool. Anyway, reinstalling GTASA. :)

ikr.. but this in not only weapon sound..(You dont need to replace bank's) its whole sound folder.. only put it into ur game directory
You will have New:

-Sirens
-Weapons sounds
-Tyres sounds (when breaking)
-Engine sounds
-Horn's sounds
-Explosion sound

And many more..
