Title: Just got a free xbox
Post by: [SE]Dr_Pepper27 on June 05, 2011, 02:00:39 am: Long story short, I have a free xbox. I own a PS3 and plan to keep both, anything I need to know before I set my live up and get some games? So far, just in the set up process, I'm somewhat disappointed that I have to pay for live and the controllers run on batteries, but hey, it was free!

I don't like the whole live process, I had to do it with GTA:IV on PC.

It was a complete waste of time, just Microsoft trying to act professional...

Pepper, I'd advise getting a rechargable battery pack. It costs a bit, but is definitely worth it in the long run, as you'll no longer need those darn batteries.

Or even better, - for a bit more though, I think - a Play 'n' Charge kit. You can simultaneously play a game and charge your controller.
