Title: Selling properties
Post by: Klaus on June 09, 2011, 07:33:14 pm
Selling houses or businesses should be done in the same fashion as are the cars.
There should be an /c abandonplace (same as /c dumpcar) and /c sellplace which works like /c sellcar.
No more simple /c sellplace where the owner receives full money back.

I agree with this because houses can lose values, depending on the times. So the house can't always be same price nor be sold to a ghost. If you type /c sellplace who are you selling it too?

Or atleast recover 90% of the original price.

I don't care about properties at all but the businesses are a FUCKING JOKE.
1. Get 2 millions
2. Exploit all possible businesses, for example: Buy Sunshine Autos, buy 2 cars for free, sell Sunshine Autos...you gain just cause YOU HAD the money, didn't even spent it. Then buy Malibu, buy 200000000000 vodkas for free, sell it. Then buy ammunation, store 352325325325235325 guns in your gang HQ, sell it. Then buy Rafael's, buy skins, sell it, then buy gash, buy the skins, sell it....
3. End up having shitload of inventory worth more than millions while losing nothing
4. ???
5. Profit

Ammu-Nations are not linked to your Gang HQ. Buying for the HQ is completely different than buying from Ammu-Nation. That's all I want to say at the moment

A more 'secure' system is needed... perhaps with the implementation of pockets, business restocking and the various risks that come with it, this will be reduced.

Perhaps set a random percentage of money returned when selling a property?
Like if you sell a 1mill prop it'll give you back 20% or something.

You shouldn't get anything back if no one wants to buy it, just like with cars.
