As the name suggests, a refund and complain forum would be very nice.
I am aware that the official emails are for this reason but i think a manager can confirm, that this kind of a forum will easy out the sortings and make it easier for both users and high admins.
Positive sides-
Easy sortings for both users and managers
Easier for managers to attend to requests and complains
Gives a better chance for the reported to explain if he is being reported
90 percent of the spam taken away from admins and managers
(How?-Well 96 percent of the server has thorougly seen the forum index and even though the email also exists people find it more convenient to ask a manager itself. This will also allow admins to ask players to make a new topic in this section instead of spamming them)
Gives a better way for requests and conversations to carry on.If you send a email then its much harder to email to email then just have a good conversations explainations and questions on the forum
Negative sides-
None i can think of
Conclusion-A forum like this will allow players to get attended to better and faster while helping managers to attend to requests and replies faster and better. Also decreasing the spam on the email and on managers.

Ideally, sounds like an excellent idea and there is a few examples when it would come useful, however in reality, it would perform much worse in terms of execution, organization and general effectiveness. Should you (or anyone else) need to get a refund, I suggest to PM a manager with appropriate message. Regarding complaints, the general suggestion is to send an in-depth e-mail to the owners. Alternatively, you could make a court case to retrieve lost goods, if the situation relates to roleplay.

I know how that works..and can you explain how this would perform worse?
Yeah there would be a few rogue players making complains on every fart, but that already happens with the email and pms to managers, most of these would be closed off immediately aswell.
The refund request is what i give more concern than complaints, for example a player send a email saying he lost 10k and his IG name, now the developers contact him for info..now again and again and this process is rather slow, plus he is flooding the more important matters in the PM.
As for the complaints, players accused and defending will be able to deal with it properly and ofcourse there will be lots of locking/moving to courts and such you can cut out the complain part if you want, refund requests alone sounds good too but refund and complain sounds better

rantrant
trolltroll
spamspam
floodflood

Everything will be logged, thus any rulebreaking will be dealt with accordingly.

I'd have laughed if it was actually a page

In the start of Argonath we had the Kill-zone, where people would be free to rant more as in other areas. The posts there, though mild compared to some present day ones  turned out to be a constant disrespect towards the owners and community.
As a result it was closed.
As for the complaint mail, believe me if only half of those who say they never get an answer would actually write, it would be flooded more. :poke:
Yes people like to directly approach a manager or owner. However in many cases they can not provide a direct answer as logs need to be checked. Remember that on Argonath we do keep a log of almost everything that is possible. There for we are able to review every situation or loss, and in some cases see a very different picture from that which is presented by the complainer.
Your idea is one of those that works great in theory, however when tested fails due to human nature.
