EIGHT OFFICERS WERE INJURED DURING THE INCIDENT AND ONE FBI DIRECTOR DEAD. AFTER THE INCIDENT, SENIOR OFFICER TINMAN WAS NOT TAKEN INTO CUSTODY, CHARGED, OR DID NOT VIOLATE THE LAW OR CONSTITUTION.
