It's pretty good i guess. And Video card (idk if its the same as Gcard idk.. i b noob) Is on 1gb too.
And also my recommends are:
1. No lags while playing.
2. Good Graphics
3. No overheats.
And im spending max 4-5k.

What games do you play?
Do you want to play games on high resolution and high settings?
I advise you to install CPU-Z and tell us exact specs for better/more accurate advice.
http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html (http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html) Download is in the right of the screen.
Please post your CPU, Motherboard, Memory and SPD information.

Go for an I7, in 2-3k you can buy a splendid I7 and a great graphics card to go with it, an I7 withoutgraphics card can still run all games

Ben Samiir has an i7, 8GB of ram, and GeForce GTX 580 and has IV on max settings with average of 60 FPS I think

And I have a processor that most probably cost a tenth of that, a Graphics Card that would cost a tenth of that price, 4GB of RAM, so about half the price of his, and I run GTA IV on max at 45FPS.
All that money for 15FPS eh? You would not even notice it ;)

You can Spend 4 -5k in your currency right?
5000 Swedish Krona is about 490 pounds, which is the currency on the website.
You cannot even afford the cheapest on the website.

Hmm...
Currently, an I7 won't bring benefits into the gaming world, as hyper threading is not really supported as of now.
Therefore, if you want a new CPU, you should just go for an I5.
Apart from that, I've heard that the MSI 560GTX-Ti Hawk is quite good as a graphics card. It is only 200 euro's which is 1860 swedish kronor... The card itself has a good cooler on it and will stay cool.
Apart from that, I suggest you to get at least 4GB of RAM, which is now the standard. You will notice that your computer will work a bit faster, too. You can also choose 8GB RAM but for now it has no real benefits.
Apart from that, I think your CPU can still handle the job, therefore you only need to upgrade these two. I might be wrong though.
Oh and I am not sure how good your PSU is but you might need some more for the new video card.
I don't know which motherboard you have so I have no idea if these things are possible. It might be that your motherboard can only support to 2GB of ram and not more. So for that I suggest you check that out first. Would be kind of a waste if they don't fit. ;)

Hej since you are Swedish I would recommend you to look at this website, one of the best ones according to me. I have myself bought a PC from them.
If you only need some inside parts I would recommend to look at the "upgrade packages" (Uppgraderingspaket)
For gaming you should choose something like this
http://www.komplett.se/k/ki.aspx?sku=495976#info (http://www.komplett.se/k/ki.aspx?sku=495976#info) (RAM+Mobo+CPU)
And if you are looking at a decent graphics card then I would recommend this;
http://www.komplett.se/k/ki.aspx?sku=623768 (http://www.komplett.se/k/ki.aspx?sku=623768)
Total; 4.690,00 SEK.
Good budget PC? ^^
