To disable/enable incoming PM messages.

Note: if player disabled he wont be able to send messages too!

What you mean, that players will turn off PM messages to avoid listening to you? There is always punishment for that  :cop:

That's why /apm should overrule /setpm off ;)

It been in RS1... was it removed? Also it should still be possible to use /pm for someone who set it off.. just incomming messages should get disabled. Even though you disabled incomming messages admins still has possibility to use other contact functions, thats why Admins has them.
