Title: Law suggestion regarding regarding FBI Buffalos

I noticed that LCPD owns a white FBI Buffalo and its usable by any Freecop and above.And I suggest to make law that will disallow painting FBI Buffalos in diffrent colors especialy black to avoid confussion between LCPD and FBI.

Post by: Senate on July 11, 2011, 08:07:01 am: The car was originally LCPD long ago. When the carlock system was redone, it became un-usable by LCPD and usable by FBI. As of RS1.5.1 the white Buffalo is now owned and used by LCPD, and is not usable by FBI

As for not allowing black paint to be used on it, I agree.

Post by: Kenny. on July 11, 2011, 11:14:39 pm: The Buffalo could be used by the LCPD as a unmarked high speed pursuit buffalo or other lowkey operations they may conduct from time to time. It has nothing to do with immitating the FBI. The SAPD has a black buffalo which they use it for high speed chases.

Yesturday I saw few freecops racing to get that vehicle.

Post by: Senate on July 12, 2011, 09:13:53 am: I dont think its about being wannabe's. Its slightly faster than the normal cop car, and I think every PD in the world has at least 1 or 2 unmarked units.

Repainting it to resemble an FBI vehicle is another story.

Only cadet+ will be able to drive it.

But that goes under Script limitations not as laws... laws already disallow to use civilians the cars of law enforcers or any other legal institution without being part of the faction!
