Reinstall the VC:MP browser & place it at the right directory. If you don't find a vcmp.flt in your GTA directory, then it's not correctly installed.

you cant just jump onto conclusions.. he might have patched it. :lol:
i have my copy from steam, and steam gives it instantly 1.1
so yea, try and find an 1.0 .exe :)
