Hello there folks. Currently, I've had an issue which makes me incapable of going in game. It all started of when I went away to a friend's place with my computer, borrowing his computer screen. As we had internet-connection at that place, I started to play single player, and also changed the settings to something like 1600x something. Here's the issue; when I returned back home, attempted to play SA on my TV (the regular screen I use). I could not enter the game, as it was just flashing into black twice, then back to the desktop. So, I'm pretty sure this has something to do with my current solution settings, yet I have no alternative screen I could switch to, to make sure this is what's up.
What I did do is:
Re-installed my game multiple times, with no success. Same issue occurring.
Hopefully you guys could help me out with this.
I would be thankful.

Problem solved after deleting the "gta_sa.set" in the GTA San Andreas User Files.

I was just about to suggest what you apperentally found out right now - Delete gta_sa.set file.
That file holds some configuration settings, including your screen resolution. In future if you have similair issues : Always try removing that file from its supposed directory first. NOTE : Back it up incase it's not the issue
