Oh, if anyone was wondering who John R. Simpson is, he was the leader of the United States Secret Service from 1981-1992. So since Vice City was based in like 1985 that's why I wrote his name there.
And no, Judge B. Bonds isn't a real judge. I couldn't find any judge's name from 1980's so I just took the first name that came to my head, which was Barry Bonds (baseball player). :rofl:
