Title: Thinking about buying an Optima PC - Are they reliable?

I am thinking about buying an Optima PC (Image Below). My old school use to have them, so I was able to test them out. How fast they were etc. I'm just wondering if Optima PC's are reliable computers as I'll probably upgrade it etc and I don't really want to waste my money on it if it is only going to break.

I know that building your own is a better option, however, this is only $100 and can play the games that I regularly play. I just simply do not have the time to build one. Thank you for your suggestion though.
