Lets say a Cop stops you and asks for license and passport. So it comes:
/me takes out his wallet from his trousers.
/me searches for his license and passport.
/me handless the license and passport to the Officer.
Now instead of writing more you just do:
/showlicense [ID]
/showpassport [ID]
I think that would help to cops :D.

If new players get pulled over and they are asked for licence and passport, what do they do? They arent yet allowed to get any of them until 7 days registered in game...

Still they can RP it. I meant to say to players that "HAVE" Passport and license.

I dont think its really needed as passport and driving license do not contain any useful information anyway. I don't see any reason why we need a command for it. Its so small and irrelevant thing that /me takes care of it perfectly. I don't support this as its not really needed, so why waste time on something that is not needed.
-
You know, these patrols have been done as long as I can remember, there is no problem using /me for some RP ;)
I honestly think this isn't really needed, and if it is to "prove" that you have a passport and license, that's not what cops normally want from these patrols, it's the RP :)
But you can get to discuss further on, and maybe convince :)

edit: Why did I even post in IV:MP ideas? *facepalm*

This can be done with /me and would make a useless command. However, a command for cops to be able to check if a player has a passport or license would be nice.
A note to cops though: It's allowed to drive cars without licenses!

Magical sentence:
"Less commands, more text"
Sorry, I don't support this.

Agreed

Sorry, such addition is completely unnecessary. Players create role play, not scripted commands.
Regards.

What about a /registration for cops to replace this like what SA:MP has? If cops really need clarification, this would be very helpful for them, and users can still RP the other aspects of it.

If you are lazy to 'RP' you aren't needed here ;)

When i encountered some nwbie freecops, they asked for license, so i did /me, but they didn`t believe me, they /su`d me, i asked for investigation, that didn`t work, i asked admins and i only didn`t get arrested, coz i protested and didn`t get out of the police car (and they didn`t know how to jail me :))
I just couldn`t afford to go to jail.... for nothing at least.

If you actually have a license and you roleplayed it out, they have no reason to suspect you like that, assuming there's no way to check.

I never said it was required. See the United States Of Argonath Constitution for that info. I was simply answering one point.

Don't rely on scripts for everything, just roleplay it.
