Why: Constant Rulebreaking.
(I had to redo my unban request because Tandtrollet closed the previous one)
Alright This is why I am banned,
I was on-duty as a cop, and I saw [TCL]GunZ standing near the gas station, he looked like a drugs dealer so I went to him and asked him to put hes hands up for a few times.
Now what really happend is that he said /me puts hes hands up, but I didn't see this, so I though he was not listenning and /sused him for not listening to a LEO order because if you dont listen to a cop in real life, they also fine/arrest you I ques. So after I wanted him, I started to shoot on him. So the thing is, I didn't saw that he putted hes hands up, and also I forgot the rule : Do not shoot suspects that offer no resistance. But I didn't saw that /rules. It was on the forums so I didn't know you couldnt do that, and also I saw alot of cops doing the same but I didn't know they were rulebreaking. So I think I'm banned for 2 things I didn't saw/knew. And I'm sorry that I killed GunZ, but we are humans we can also make mistakes.

One thing.
You said that you don't care about getting unbanned or not, but in your past topic, you bumped it three time in one day.
And the speech about errors and forgiveness afterwards. You offered the same explanation last times.
I'll tell you this:
You don't acknowledge your mistakes. This is a repeating episode. You're not sorry for your acts and I can guarantee you still believe you're right and the administrators abused you.
Do you honestly believe we feel good when we restrain someone from the server?
Do you honestly believe we enjoy kicking and warning players?
Do you possibly believe that any administrator would have a "thing" against you and I wouldn't know it, or any other of my developing mates?
Do you believe we feel easy permanently denying an individual?
Why do I base my opinion like this?
Once you're pinned down without a way to exit the situation (but to forfeit), you start to "squeak" words which meaning you don't comprehend.
That speech doesn't work with me. I believe you need some time off before playing again. But don't worry, that's just my humble opinion.
Big words aren't supposed to get thrown around if they don't have a purpose.

Hmmm, I think I said sorry over 10 times, and I said that I didn't saw that he putted hes hands up and did not know that rule, so I know I was wrong, but now I looked back and now I'm sorry that I did it, so I want play Argonath again, and have a good time.

Saying sorry 10 times doesn't fix things.
Actions above words. From the time you've played here, we've not seen ANY kind of improvement. This is your third ban.

No I dont think that will last forever, but there has be any way to feel bad for what you did, And I am feeling very bad for what I did, but In game things go so fast, and if you then think twice, or maby 3 times about it, then you start feeling bad for what you did. And then I try to say sorry for what I did.

It has been 5 days now, wich is already a long time. So I thinked everything and I will take the mistakes from [TCL]GunZ, I'm sorry for it, and I hope I can get a unban so I can play again. I'm already banned for 1 week I ques wich is already a long time.

Yes I understand that Thomas, but I quesed some admins forgot about this thread so I replied, in hope this would be resolved earlier.
