Title: Character flickering

Alright I bought a new GPU for my backup/server PC since the old one fried, and I tried SAMP and I noticed that the character flickers like hell, really damn annoying. Whats even more strange that it only flickers when I'm on foot, when I get in a car nothing at all. The GPU is Ati Radeon 9250 128mb, yeah its not amazing but I dont need better for this PC and its supposed to run GTA SA perfectly, the drivers are up to date. Heres a picture:

Try other drivers than the latest ones.
