As the title says: what do you think about smoking?
I'm a smoker myself, and I think it's okay. Some people say people who smoke are like, not neat or arrogant (is that even a english word? lol) or whatever. I think this is bullshit, you can't talk about people like that just because he or she smokes a few cigarettes per day.

I frankly dont care if people smoke or not. what i DO care about is people smoking around people who do not smoke. There is a reason i dont smoke and its because its un-healthy, and i dont need that smoke blowing in my face. Thank god Canada made it illegal to smoke in a public place.
China and new York have a smoking ban where you can only smoke in your own home, everywhere else its not allows. I agree with that law to be perfectly frank.

I hate smoking. Why anyone would want to do this to their body is beyond me. Smoking killed my grandma and it's slowly killing my grandpa. I don't mean to offend anyone, but it just bothers me.

My father is smoking over 45 years, he passed cancer twice and he still smokes 1 pack/day.

I know the consequences so I try to smoke as less as possible. But I haven't been thinking about stopping.
I hate it when kids from under the age of 16 are smoking just to look tough..

The right thing would be to make tobacco illegal. Imagine that sick chaos that would cause, lol.
And why even smoke something that doesn't even make you high, what's the point?

My brother smokes, he's an idiot and he should know not too seeming his Grandpa died from cancer about 5 years ago. I dislike smoking and people who smoke around others, there's my view.

I tried smoking because of curiosity and it has no point, didn't have any effect on me, I don't understand how do other people feel when they smoke but if it's the same with everyone, it's pointless

It may be sad but true, trust me. Smoking is probably one of the worst habbit this world has ever adapted, along with heavy drugs.

It is the mix of tobacco and marijuana that's dangerous while smoking weed. Remember that.
Consume pure weed instead, no tobacco.
..And by the way, shouldn't this topic be locked already? As my drug topic got locked after basically some hours. Even though I explained properly I wanted to teach people about each drugs. Amazingly hilarious if you ask me, that we can't have one open discussion about something that is a part of everybody's life on this planet. Weird isn't it.

Part of growing up isn't it? I mean everyone tries it sometime, atleast most of the people. Obviously it's not good but there's many things in this world that isn't good and many other ways to die aswell.

Yes, at least I did that many times in highschool. But I don't do it anymore.
First it's unhealthy and a bad habbit and second they cost shitload here, which means buying a packet everyday and you'll run out of cash for good.
Even though my father smokes cigarettes I never like being close to people who are smokers because I inhale the air, and it's even worse than smoking itself. Second reason would be my brother has Asthma and it's bad for his health so I don't even want to smoke near him.

Never tried a cigarette, probably never will. I am disguisted by it's smell and always kindly ask people to stay away from me when they're smoking. I'm a regular hookah smoker and extremely occasional "pothead" tho :D.

Well the point is.
Smoking is not for kids or any teens. Cigarettes may help when people are stressed and fed up, maybe to calm down, even if the weather is cold, but not because I be super cooler buller other peeps with cigar on the back of da school.

Anyone who says they started to smoke because it tasted good, or it was "a good feeling" are lying. Everyone started because they thought it was cool. It tastes like shit, and it gives you the worst fucking nicotine kick. Yet, people continued to smoke to be one of the cool ones.

There's also different reasons among smoker, why are they addicted, and not just nicotine.
-Some people are addicted cause they're used to doing something with their hands all the time, as in keeping their hands bussy.
-Some people are addicted cause they actually like the inhalation of the smoke into their lungs, and nothing else.
- Some people are addicted cause its a fast stress release method to them.
And most of the smokers, are just addicted to few of this things ( in example; he ain't a nicotine addict, but he likes the smoke, and keeping his hands bussy or other way around)

Marijuana is one better drug to smoke than tobacco, regardless if it's illegal or not. Brainlessly smoking cigarettes to keep their hands busy or themselves relaxed are two pathetic reasons. Learn how to control your stress and find something useful to do with your hands. All of the smokers are also known of the injuries, yet they decide to keep on doing it. Idiotic if you ask me, it's like popping ecstasy every day, but you still know your head will disappear in matter of weeks, but you continue doing it.
