Title: [Case #008] Lawsuit by Rami_Leone against SwisherSweet

Dear court,

    On the 20th of July, I loaned Mr.SwisherSweet $65,000 (65K) to start a business. He promised to pay the amount plus 15,000 back within 4 weeks. So that would be the 17th of August, 2011. He didn't show up since like 3 weeks, I tried to contact him in any possible way, but no result.


My demands:
My 65k
The interest of 15K

The screenshot shows that the payback is 100k, but we dealt with it and lowered it to 80k.

As I see mr. Alkukhun, the date of the said money return is not yet here. Perhaps you should wait for the arranged date and see if mr. Sweet returns.
If you do see him and he does not have your belongings, please direct him to this Court case.

As you know the mentioned day has already passed, so I ask you to look in the case again please.

Seeing that the accused party didn't show up on the case and/or has fled the state of Liberty, I have no other option than to conclude this case.
A monetary compensation shall be delivered by one of our couriers through these days.

Case closed.
