Theres no way a system like that with working parts and a good hard drive would lag in SAMP, Here is a list of steps you should try:
- 1st make sure all devices are working properly
Start > right click on Computer > click Properties
Make sure it says:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.66Ghz 2.93Ghz
Installed Memory(RAM): 8.0GB
Now you wanna check if all devices are running correctly, so click Device manager on the side bar
Make sure there is no Yellow exclamation marks beside any of the devices
- press Ctrl Shift Esc
and make sure there isnt any processes using up your CPU or Ram.
- Scan your computer for a Virus
- download some system check tools e.g memtest to make sure your system is running as it should
- Check your Bios for abnormalities
- Clear your CMOS
- If everything is working 100% and nothing fixes it, or you cannot remove a virus that might be causing it, Format
