Best of luck,but my tip is:
Change the name to Seville Boulevard Families (Grove Street Families division),and concentrate on Playa del Seville,which is their turf.That way it'll be original and with no conflicts(I don't think any other rp group is based there)
The skins can be the same,since in the main game it uses the same skins too.

And to the end,best of luck from vice city.
