Title: Liberty City Courts in need of a logo

Well, as the thread title says, the LC Courts needs a logo urgently since we started operating quite some time ago and still don't have any sorts of logotype.
About the rewards: I am sorry to say I have nothing to offer in return (Compensation in SA:MP especially) so anyone willing to try can do so. We appreciate all efforts.

The logotype would be somewhat same as the SA Courts one (the two circles with the same colors theme). Definitely oval with this (http://enhancethehumanexperience.files.wordpress.com/2011/05/jpg_law_justice_003.jpg) image inside. It should have the Argonath flag under the lady of Justice (positioned same as the SA one). On the top, it would write "Liberty City" and inside the second circle (below the "Liberty City") it would write "United States of Argonath". The bottom quote would be: "Lex dura, sed lex".

By the way, isn't it "Dura Lex, Sed Lex"?

EDIT: My first try. It's a little big, since I worked on a 1500x1500 canvas, can be resized. Also, about the quote thing, if I was wrong with "Dura Lex, Sed Lex", tell me and I'll change it. If you need anything else changed let me know.

I simply fell in love with this logo. Nicely done mate, you are skilled indeed.
One little thing. Can you make the Argonath's flag a bit bigger? It has to interfere with the text.

About the quote: Correctly observed, it should be "Lex dura est, sed (hoc) est Lex". But sure, abbreviated and freely translated, you can say "Dura Lex, Sed Lex".
Keep that quote you suggested.
