Title: [RS1.5 Fix] Adding message with information after exiting taxi

I just used taxi today after loong time, and I didnt see any message after I exited vehicle, driver gets message about how-much he has been paid after customer exits vehicle, why shouldnt costumer get  message after leaving taxi?

Same as message at driver get, message would include price paid...

It would be like this (when customers exits): You've been charged 150$ by TaxiDriver for service

Or something like that  :)

He doesn't but i think both - driver and passenger should get a message like Miha described.
