Michael Jackson turns 53 today. Let's wish the late King of Pop a happy birthday in the afterlife D:.

Talking about Michael Jackson, what were your views on him?

Everyone started liking him after he died even more, especially the kids.

But that happens to every artist who dies.

Your fame doubles when you die.

2pac
Notorious B.I.G
Michael Jackson
Nate Dogg

Do I need to go on?

Yeah because all the things that he had been accused for in his past life also died with him, now people only see what he actually had done and they see him for who he is, not what the press was saying about him or making him look like. (A child molester and such)

Notorious B.I.G
You're nobody till somebody kills you.

I don't think that was the case with M.J, though. We're buddies so I can call him M.J.

I had "Bad" on a casette and was listening to it when I was, like, 6.

Only the media kind of destroyed his image with all the z0mg pedo molester hype. Some people find it's a part of a z0mg conspiracy, I always remembered it as a crappy fraud attempt to sue MJ for a lot of cash.

Also MJ was most popular when he was alive I guess.

He was even more popular in the 80s than he is now. Why? Because songs of him (and other artists and bands) were booming alot more than meaningless artists such as Justin Bieber are doing now.

It's also been around 2 years since he died ... god , time goes by so fast.
R.I.P.

I remember sitting around with the family on the day he died, watching the TV. I was in a state of general disbelief, and my brother even more so as he was a huge fan on MJ. When they finally confirmed he was dead, man... fucking hit hard.

His songs actually let out positive energy unlike what we hear now..
Wish I meet the man in heaven.

Double is two and zero is death. Keep up! :B

I've still got the Bad album on vinyl records laying around at home. My plan is to sell them for a fortune in the future!

Try in about 10 years. Perhaps it'll be a piece to add to some golden collection for someone :D

Haters gonna hate.

I never listened to Michael Jackson until he died to be honest. Even though his music is amazing, I wasn't around to live the 80s and see the best of him.

R.I.P And happy Birthday to Michael Jackson

I put Thriller on my turntable the night of his B-day, wasn't aware of this topic though.

Too bad ''artists'' are abusing his name now and making shit under his name like ''this is it'' and various ''rap'' or ''hip hop'' artists..

That motown sound will always live on.

Was not directed at Michael Jackson, who was a prime example of how a great talent can fuck up your life and mind. Unfortunately as long as you have money you will always find people who will continue to allow you whatever you do.
He was a great musician, and probably one of the reasons for his success was that he never grew over the age of 15 mentally.
